Licence terms

Seller: the publisher named in the legal notice.

1. Ordering

1. You choose a product on the Pricing page.
2. You email us at guillaume@whorunssap.com and we send you a quote and a QR-bill.
3. You pay the invoice in advance by bank transfer. Payment constitutes acceptance of these terms.
4. We send you the Excel file by email within 3 days of receiving payment.

2. Permitted use

• The list is for the internal use of the purchasing company only: prospecting, market analysis, recruitment.
• Resale, publication and sharing with third parties are prohibited, in whole or in part.

3. Duration

The licence is valid for 12 months from delivery. You must then delete the file and all copies of it, and confirm this in writing if we ask you to.

4. Disclosure

In the event of a breach of the licence, in particular through the resale, publication or sharing of the file or of extracts from it, a contractual penalty of CHF 10,000 is payable for each disclosure, without prejudice to any further claim for damages.

5. Accuracy

Every company is verified, and the date of its latest evidence is given when known. The lists may nevertheless contain errors: check any information before relying on it. Any incorrect row reported within 30 days of delivery will be replaced or credited.

6. Prospecting

When prospecting, you must comply with the applicable direct marketing rules, including those of the country of the companies you contact (in Switzerland: the Unfair Competition Act and the Data Protection Act), in particular those on advertising by email and telephone.

7. Governing law and jurisdiction

Swiss law. Place of jurisdiction: Montreux (Canton of Vaud).
